Magnet holds the blade, cylinder rolls along, angle never changes!
The two pieces work together. The knife lies flat against a magnetic block that grips it and sets the edge at a fixed angle, then the abrasive cylinder rolls along the worktop against that edge. Because the magnet does the holding and the block sets the geometry, the angle stays identical from the heel of the blade to the tip and from the first pass to the last — which is the part that defeats most people sharpening freehand on a stone. Rolling is also gentler than dragging a blade through slots, taking off less steel and leaving a cleaner edge. Both pieces are compact enough to sit out on a worktop, in walnut-toned wood with brushed metal rims.

Why is this Professional Knife Sharpener perfect for you?
-
Magnetic angle block: Grips the blade and holds it at a fixed, repeatable angle.
-
Rolling abrasive cylinder: Runs along the worktop for even contact along the whole edge.
-
Consistent heel to tip: The same angle across the full blade length every pass.
- Gentler than pull-through slots: Removes less steel than dragging a blade through carbide.
